Description
Position Summary
Performs highly responsible executive-level leadership and advanced administrative work in support of the Water Resources Director. This position provides strategic oversight of key operational divisions, including Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, and Technical/Technology Services and/or other Divisions as assigned, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant water and wastewater services for the community.
Serves as acting Director in the Director’s absence. Plays a critical role in regulatory compliance, capital planning, operational resilience, asset management, and continuous improvement of utility operations. Work is performed independently with significant discretion under general direction of the Director.
