Enter one person as the Attendee who will serve as the Point of Contact for the group.  This is the one person who will receive the email confirmations with the webinar link. The Point of Contact can forward this link to a total of 6 people who want to watch individually or together. 

 

The Point of Contact may request certificates of attendance for their group by providing a list of attendee names and emails AFTER the event.  Alternately, each attendee may enter their name and email in the pop-up survey at the end of the event. Credit requests are matched to the Zoom login and activity reports.  CPE credits will be awarded when approved and applicable.
