Understanding the Secure Communications Gap

OT networks generally lack the secure communication features we take for granted in business networks. The CISA Control Systems Working Group is aiming to lower the barrier to secure communications adoption and is conducting Voice of the Customer (VoC) research to understand the real hurdles that owners and operators are facing. This research will turn into guidance not just for operators, but also integrators, vendors, and protocol bodies to support secure communications.
