We will review the benefits and challenges of creating renewable bioenergy at wastewater treatment plant facilities.  The webinar will present case histories of some notable local projects and discuss the value propositions for obtaining renewable energy credits.  We will also review the pros, cons and challenges of creating a renewable bioenergy supply and how the renewable energy credit program has shaped strategies for bioenergy programs at municipal wastewater facilities. Speakers presenting in this webinar will include representatives from the Hampton Roads Sanitation District, the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, and the Western Virginia Water Authority.
