It is often perceived that collaborative project delivery methods, such as progressive design-build (PDB), construction manager at risk (CMAR), and others, are primarily utilized for larger water and wastewater projects. However, due to the collaborative nature of these delivery methods and the smaller staffs associated with smaller system utility departments, small systems can benefit tremendously from utilizing collaborative project delivery methods.
While anyone in the water and wastewater industry will benefit from this Webinar, it is specifically designed for small systems and how previous water and wastewater projects in Virginia have utilized collaborative project delivery methods. The webinar will include presentations by a Contractor, an Engineer, and an Owner, all of whom have participated in multiple, small system, collaborative delivery projects in Virginia. These presentations will be followed by a panel discussion with all three speakers so Webinar attendees can obtain a variety of perspectives on the answers to their questions. Come join us for a very informative session with experienced collaborative project delivery leaders right here in Virginia.
