Keys to a Successful Asset Management Program

Please join us for this two-part session where we will first close the gap between Asset Management and Operations & Maintenance through the application of data analytics. A panel discussion, hosted by Ryan Nagel with Hazen & Sawyer, will follow with utility leaders providing an overview of the success factors of implementing an Asset Management Program at three Virginia utilities (HRSD, UOSA, and Loudoun Water). Each panelist will provide an overview of their utility’s Asset Management Program implementation lessons learned and we will wrap up with a Q&A session including all session participants.
