Fairfax Water is seeking a dynamic, experienced professional with outstanding leadership, management, analytical, and communication skills to join our senior management team in the position of Director, Transmission and Distribution.
 
Hiring Range: $149,000-$225,000

The Director, Transmission and Distribution provides strategic leadership by planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising a staff of 125 employees engaged in the operation and maintenance of the transmission and distribution systems of a large, complex water system that supplies high quality drinking water on a retail and wholesale basis to nearly two million people in the Northern Virginia communities of Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Herndon, Vienna, Alexandria, Falls Church, and Fairfax City.
