The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Region 3 (District of Columbia, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia) invite you to join a virtual technical training session regarding the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, understand, and mitigate LOTL techniques employed by threat actors from the People's Republic of China (PRC) targeting critical infrastructure. The two-hour session will include presentations by a CISA Cybersecurity State Coordinator (CSC) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Participants will gain insights into the sophisticated methods used by these adversaries to blend into legitimate network activities, making detection challenging.
Prerequisites:
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and security tools.
