The Coordinator also works with end users to coordinate training and task management. This person will identify and prioritize business needs; manage asset inventories; develop condition assessment strategies; manage asset risk/prioritization models; assist with capital project prioritization; update the asset renewal and replacement financial forecast model; manage facility reliability and risk assessments; and link the asset management program with the geographic information system (GIS). You must have a combination of education and/or experience equivalent to a college degree with a focus in asset management, engineering, computer science, geographic information systems or related field and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in inventory/asset management. Work with utilities is a plus.
