It will be held on July 21st from noon - 1 PM. They will have an overview of each Region's activities and then an interactive panel discussion featuring four engineers who passed the PE (environmental and civil exams) in the past two years and one with experience retaking the exam.

Join VWEA and VA AWWA for the Annual Good Laboratory Practices Conference. This year’s conferences includes 5 workshops to choose from on Monday and a full-day of technical presentations on Tuesday. Tuesday morning will include a general session and the afternoon will offer three tracks (Water, Wastewater, and Management). The conference also includes an exhibit hall with over 20 exhibitors showcasing the latest laboratory equipment and instrumentation; and an exhibitors’ reception.

The Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) and the Board for Waterworks and Wastewater Works Operators and Onsite Sewage System Professionals (WWWOOSSP) is launching application processes in conjunction with the Universal Licensing Recognition (ULR) law, which becomes effective July 1. As valued members of the professional community, we believe it is essential to keep you informed about this initiative and provide details on eligibility criteria for applicants should you get questions.
