Central Virginia Earth Day Cleanup

Join the CVRAC, YP, Sustainable Utilities, Water for People, and Membership Engagement committees as we help the Friends of Pump House to clean up in and around the historic Byrd Park Pump House.

The Friends of Pump House is a non-profit organization that focuses on preserving and rehabilitating the pump house so that it may one day be an active community and event space. For more information, please take a look at their website: https://www.friendsofpumphouse.org/

We will be helping out with several tasks around the pump house, including:

• rubble removal
• minor building repairs
• overgrown vegetation removal

PPE will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.

Lunch will be provided after the cleanup.
