Water Resources & Environment

The Water Resources and Environment Committee is charged with promoting awareness regarding the development, protection, and stewardship of water resources in Virginia. It monitors and participates in the Commonwealth's legislative and regulatory process as it relates to environmental management and water resources, and actively disseminates information on water resources and relevant regulatory activity to the drinking water industry, often by contributing articles to the Virginia Section magazine. Every two years, the committee also hosts a seminar on emerging issues relating to water resources.
